Sister of the Month
Hailey Alexander

Hailey is such a great sister to be around at all times. Even as a younger sister she planned and executed a FANTASTIC greek week. She is always on her A game and attends almost everything!
Hailey puts her very all into our sorority and is so very dependable. Her dedication as a sister of Theta Phi shows exemplary motivation and encouragement to the rest of the sorority.

Ingrid Madrigal

This years Tea for Tatas was nothing less that a HUGE success! Everyone had a great time and learned so much while enjoying their tasty treats and tea. Ingrid planning this event, one of our largest philanthropies, was one of the best choices that we could have made!
She exemplifies the true meaning of a Theta Phi not only her words but actions. She always does all that she can to benefit the chapter. She also steps up all the time and is absolutely selfless.

Sister of the Month
Ashley Carlisle

Ashley is always happy, inspiring and at almost every single event! She goes to every "Bring Your Own Books" and is working extremely hard to raise her grades. She participated in AEPi princess and was a coach for Theta Phi Cutie Pie. She enthusiastically volunteers for fundraising events such as the Panthers Games and Up Till Dawn.

She cares so much about Theta Phi and the chapter and wants to be involved in every way possible.Ashley has so many future plans for our Beta Nu Chapter of Theta Phi Alpha and hopes to one day be on out Executive Board. Another sister of Theta Phi Alpha states,"Ashley is what I think of when I think of an amazing sister who is and represents Theta Phi Alpha to the finest!"

Phylicia Dashoff

Phylicia had been nominated by many sisters of our Beta Nu chapter based on her hard working and positive attitude. Her happiness is contagious and everyone loves to be around her! As philanthropy chair she has completely brought her position to new heights!

This year Phylicia planned and executed one of our biggest Philanthropies, Theta Phi Cutie Pie. She did an amazing job and it had even been said that we had the best Fraternity Pageant of the year by one of the fraternity men!

Tea for Tatas!

Three years ago our Beta Nu chapter started a very important event that touches so many of our sisters and families. "Tea for Tatas" is an annual tea party filled of speakers, vendors, tea, treats, raffles and more! The proceeds for this philanthropy is donated to the Lisa Boccard Breast Cancer fund. One of the very wonderful things about being a Theta Phi Alpha is that we have a chance to help out any causes that are near and dear to our hearts. A few weeks ago, one of the sisters of Alpha Delta Pi passed away. Emily Sutker was so close to so many of us and was so beautiful, inside and out. We will be donating a portion of our PRESOLD Tea for Tatas tickets to her family in her memory.

Sister of the Month
Mikii Matrullo

Mikii is at almost every event and is always helping out when needed. A chair position states that, "She has been a GREAT assistant". She always has a positive attitude that makes sisters want to be around her and go to even more events.

Mikii was nominated because she has stepped up to the plate as being a newly initiated sister and taking on a position. She has great communication skills and is willing to help out and do anything and everything for Theta Phi Alpha. She is a reliable person and her loyalty proves that she deserves to be our Sister of the month.


Chair Holder of the Month
Gina Morrison

Gina Morrison has stepped up to the plate this semester! She took the very challenging position of Fundraising Chair even as a new sister. She has stayed on top of everything, and has been loyal to our Theta Phi Alpha.Also, she showa loyalty her sisters individually by always being there when someone is in need. For example, going out of her way for ladies who need rides and do not have cars.

She has worked so hard on her events and made sure for it to be perfect. She has made such an effort as a freshman to take charge of such a huge position in the sorority and she deserves to be acknowledged for it. A sister of Theta Phi Alpha states, "she is the most loyal sister ever. She made an effort to talking to me about my problems and came over and gave me ice cream and everything. She’s the best!"

Congratulations to our new Theta Phi Cutie Pie, Travis Madrid of Alpha Tau Omega!

It was a fantastic week full of philanthropy, friendly competitions, and Greek bonding. Phylicia Dashoff and her committee did a fantastic job putting together this successful week of events resulting in a donation of $2,511.71 to the American Heart Association!

Theta Phi Cutie Pie

This week we will be busy with our Spring Recruitment week (good luck to all the ladies participating), but don't let that fool you! Theta Phi Alpha is also hard at work with our Annual Theta Phi Cutie Pie. This one of our favorite philanthropies which benefits The American Heart Association. Starting February 13th Fraternity men will be competing to become the next Theta Phi Cute Pie and seeing who can raise the most money toward the American Heart Association as well as winning the other competitions through out the week.

Schedule of events:
Monday, Feb. 13th-Potential Cutie Pie Date Auction @ 7 pm at Coyote Jacks. Come and win a date with our Potential Theta Phi Cutie Pies!

Tuesday, Feb. 14th- No night time event, but double points for money wars in honor of Valentine's Day!

Wednesday, February 15th- Car parts for hearts/Pie a Theta Phi @ 7 pm at the out door stage. See which man can stay attached to their car part for the longest amount of time, this will be a true trial of endurance considering each person in attendance adds a little more of a challenge for the boys!

Thursday, February 16th- Pour your heart out @ 7 pm at Coyote Jacks. Our contestants and their Coaches will make this a show you do NOT want to miss!

Friday, February 17th- The Red Dress Party! 8 pm @ Coyote Jacks. Come and celebrate the unveiling of our 2012 Theta Phi Cutie Pie!
